30-Day Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days after you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging when possible.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at simalun272725@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send items back before contacting us. If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at simalun272725@outlook.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and help make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we may not be able to accept returns on items that have been used, damaged after delivery, missing original parts, or returned without approval. Gift cards, final sale items, and downloadable or digital products are not refundable unless required by law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.

The fastest way to get a replacement item is to contact us first. Depending on availability, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for eligible items.
